Charitable Contributions Survey Due TOMORROW
Every year, RPCVs of NENY raises funds so that we can do charitable contributions at the end of the year. We typically donate to organizations that do important work on a local, national and international level. At our December meeting, members nominated organizations to receive donations. This online survey has been created so that all members can vote on which organizations and how much to give. Last year, we donated $300 each to Women of Change, Zion Hills, MoonCatcher Project, Borgen Project, Jajja’s Kids, and Freedom from Fistula. This year, the organizations in the survey were nominated to received donations. The pandemic did change our normal fundraising expectations this year although we did raise a good amount of funds. Reviewing our current finances and budget needs for expenses next year, the executive committee recommends giving a maximum of $1,500 this year. Please submit your answers only once. All are confidential. This online survey will be active until this Wednesday, December 23, 2020. There are website links in the survey for each organization so you can click on those links for more information.
If you have any questions, please email rpcvneny@gmail.com
