Survey Results for Charitable Contributions
Every year, RPCVs of NENY raises funds so that we can do charitable contributions at the end of the year. We typically donate to organizations that do important work on a local, national and international level. At our December meeting, members nominated organizations to receive donations and there was a survey available to choose which organizations will receive donations. Thank you to those of you who filled out the survey! Here are the results!
RPCVs of NENY will be donating $300 to each of these organizations:
RISSE (Refugee and Immigrant Support Services)- http://www.risse-albany.org/home/
The MoonCatcher Project- http://www.mooncatcher.org/
Jajja's Kids- https://www.jajjaskids.org/
Zion Hills- Zion Hills International School is a school started in Ghana by RPCVs of NENY members, Harry and Joan Thornhill
